Charlotte began her estate agency career with an independent agent in the Surrey Hills and is now part of our Guildford team, working at the heart of the town’s vibrant property market.
With a background in sports and hospitality, Charlotte brings an energetic, client-focused approach to every move — combining strong people skills with a natural ability to build rapport and guide clients through the process with confidence.
Having grown up locally, she has a genuine understanding of both Guildford and the surrounding Surrey Hills, and takes real pride in helping clients navigate everything from town centre living to more rural, countryside settings.
Outside of work, Charlotte has a love of the outdoors and was fortunate to grow up around horses. When she’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find her at an equestrian event, out walking her rescue dog Baloo, or on the hunt for the next great coffee and cinnamon bun spot.
