Gavin began his estate agency career in 2006, initially working for a large high street chain before gaining further experience with a number of independent agents. He joined Chantries & Pewleys in 2018, bringing with him a strong sales background and a clear focus on growing market share across the local area.
In 2023, Gavin opened the now well-established Cranleigh office, which serves some of the most desirable villages across Surrey and Sussex. With a genuine passion for property and a deep understanding of the local market, he is known for his practical advice, enthusiasm, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
Having grown up in Guildford, Gavin has extensive local knowledge, which has evolved further since becoming a father to two daughters. Once best known for his familiarity with local pubs, his expertise now also extends to buggy-friendly walking routes and the best soft play centres in the area. Outside of work, Gavin enjoys playing golf and is a keen football fan.
