Pippa first arrived in Guildford back in 1993 to study Russian and European Studies at the University of Surrey — and never left. Over the years, she’s built a deep connection to the town and its surrounding villages, with a property career that spans more than two decades across both Guildford and Cranleigh.
Having seen the market evolve and the town grow, Pippa’s passion for helping people move hasn’t changed a bit. Whether she’s guiding downsizers, growing families, or first-time buyers, she brings warmth, patience, and a genuine love for the process.
When she’s not at work, Pippa is usually busy being a mum to two teenagers, hosting friends for one of her famous home-cooked meals, or out walking Lola through the Chantries and across the Surrey Hills — a view she swears never gets old.
