Leading our Shalford office is Andy Moran, one of the directors at Chantries & Pewleys and a highly respected figure in the local property scene. With over 26 years of experience across London and Surrey, Andy brings calm, considered advice and a deep understanding of what it takes to get a sale from valuation to completion — without the drama.
Having grown up in Cranleigh and studied at George Abbot, Andy knows this area like the back of his hand. He’s passionate about helping people move with confidence, whether they’re upsizing, downsizing, or buying for the first time.
When he’s not guiding clients through their property journey, Andy’s likely training for his next triathlon (he’s not one to brag, but he’s competed — and won — on the world stage). That same drive, dedication, and precision shines through in the way he works with clients.
Supporting Andy is our brilliant Shalford team — Toni, Graham and Andrew — warm, experienced, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Andrew Blagden
Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in the property industry for over 40 years for both Independent and corporate agencies.
He has an unrivalled understanding of the Surrey property market, with a focus on the Guildford, Godalming and Cranleigh areas, and enjoys the variety of the job and the challenges faced, helping clients and friends navigate the moving process.
Andrew has lived in and around Godalming for 35 years.
Outside of work he likes to be involved in the local community, is a trustee for The Cellar Camino Café and Skillway in Godalming and can often be seen treading the boards on stage with Godalming Theatre Group.
Toni Humphreys
Toni spent the first twenty-five years of her career selling into the B2B IT consultancy sector. With a passion for selling, people and property, estate agency seemed like the perfect next move and in 2011 Toni joined Pewleys Estate Agents.
Having lived in the Surrey Hills all her life, Toni enjoys utilising her local knowledge to help applicants in their search for their perfect home.
Outside of work, Toni has a daughter who keeps her very busy but somehow manages to squeeze in a social life which entails a lot of dog walking during the day and restaurants by night!
Graham Brown
Graham started in Estate Agency in 1985 and has worked for a number of high profile corporate and independent agents across Surrey dealing in all levels of the market from first time buyer / investment properties all the way through to the Country Homes Market.
More recently Graham spent time as a licensed Real Estate Consultant in Dubai which he says was an experience to say the least!!
Graham lives with his family in Chilworth and his children, who are now both grown up both went to George Abbot school in Merrow so he knows the area extremely well. Graham feels being part of the local community is important and most beneficial when helping clients find the right property to make their home.
In his spare time Graham is a qualified Football Referee and is very active in the local football leagues so is used to dealing with situations where people don’t always agree with each other!!
